Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for optional add-ons such as extended access periods or supplementary materials. These charges are clearly shown before payment is authorised. No hidden fees are applied after the point of purchase. Currency conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider if you pay from outside the UK, but peaknewzo does not add any mark-up for currency conversion.

However, because Course A is digital content, the right to cancel ends as soon as you begin accessing the materials. By starting the course you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available only within the 14-day period if you have not accessed any course content. Once any module has been viewed or downloaded, no refund will be granted except in cases of proven technical fault on our side. Promotional or discounted purchases are subject to the same rules. Subscriptions, if offered, may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period but no pro-rata refund is provided for partial periods already used.

Because Course A consists of digital content, access begins immediately upon purchase. This means the standard 14-day cancellation right is waived once you start using the materials. Subscription renewals, if applicable, will be charged automatically unless cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date. No refunds are given for unused portions of subscription periods after access has commenced.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry with another method. Duplicate charges are investigated immediately upon notification and corrected within five working days. Chargebacks are treated as disputes and may result in suspension of access pending resolution. Suspected fraudulent activity leads to immediate account review and may be reported to the relevant authorities while preserving evidence.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
